Weathers looking good for Dublin on Friday and with Delta now sending the A330, I thought I'd make a daytrip out of it.  ;D

You may not be so lucky as Delta used two 767-300s today.

Thanks for the heads up Don, I hope that doesn't mean tightened security though!

Mark, according to flightstats, today Delta were only ment to send 2x 767's and a 757. Tomorrow it says they'll be sending a 757, 767 and an A333 :D The A333 is supposedly due in at 10.30am from Atlanta.

Nice Don, cheers for sharing. It was indeed a C17 that arrived in, can you imagine the disappointment on my face when I realised it wasn't a C-5  ;D

In general a great day, good variety of aircraft, and even had a glimpse of Aer Lingus's Iolar :D Unfortunately I just missed the retrojet as I was hoping on the bus back to the airport. I'm amazed at just how much the embankment has been overgrown with thistle plants... I'm glad I didn't wear shorts in the end! Also I learn't the sore way that factor 20 sun lotion is no where near enough for a day at Dublin!  :-X  I even dozed off in my foldaway chair around midday. Don't think I missed anything though, I was only out of it for half an hour  ;D

I'm sure if something interesting and different would have come in, I'd have woken instantly  ;D

Heres some of the interesting stuff anyway, I can't be bothered editing anything tonight, long day at work tomorrow  :(  after a little lie in of course  ;)

There were quite a few all-white aircraft today at Dublin. One was an MD-87 EC-KSF (Swiftair?),  A320 OK-HCA (Czech Holiday Charter?) and 737 D-AGEJ (Germania).
