Advice for CDG

Hi guys, so im travelling with the family entoute to Disney on NYE this year. We are going with Easyjet. So im looking for advice on transferring through CDG what terminal, etc, easy use. Also, what are the security queues, etc, like I've never been to CDG before. Also, anywhere for a decent gander at what's floating around the terminal while waiting to get home?

It's quick enough in my experience, but I haven't been since EES came in and I've never flown with Easy. Some of the gates are quite a schlep, even after you get past airside security.  As far as spotting goes, terminal 2 near the entrance to the Metro is the best spot I've found, although I haven't really gone looking much. Photography isn't permitted, and I don't collect regs, so there's not much sport for me other than a casual look at what's about. Oh, and don't use a scanner, at least not obviously. This last is good advice anywhere in France, although some people still do it.
