Post by: angry turnip on Jun 28, 2026, 15:00
Eleven people have been killed after a plane carrying skydivers crashed in eastern France. RIP :(
The aircraft involved was a Pilatus PC-6/B2-H4 Turbo Porter D-FIPS.

The pilot was a friend of a friend of mine, a chap who organises some of the period kit jumps over Normandy.
I believe the aircraft was based in Ireland for a period last year on a survey task.
