An Empire Aviation Canadair Challenger 604, T7-SEI, flight DWC052A, lost the cabin door shortly after takeoff from runway 22 at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (ABV/DNAA), Abuja.
The nine occupants were unharmed and the aircraft returned and landed safely.
