I can't help feeling this is a bad idea, they might be able to operate a few routes profitably, but they have been bitten before and their reputation wasn't great last time.
The only saving grace is that folk aren't so down on travelling by turboprop as Aer Lingus Regional use them,so it would be Dash8 Vs ATR.

The news is they have merged with Avooma Airlines.

QuoteWe're merging with Avooma Airlines, enhancing regional connectivity together as one.
We'll be saying 'goodbye' to the purple of beregional, and ushering in a new, sustainable, era with Avooma's blue, green and yellow.

I'd never heard of them until this past weekend however, government records suggest they have been registered since 2020 and they have no routes as of yet. I don't really see this doing too well.

They are still accessing possible routes and asking people to go to their website to fill out a form telling them routes they would like

QuoteHi, thanks for your interest and suggestion; we're still assessing potential demand and route opportunities at the moment.

If you haven't already done so, the best thing to do right now is to visit our website and fill in the form at the bottom of the page to let us know where you'd like us to fly between.
