An ATR-72 aircraft operated by Voepass Linhas Aéreas,has crashed in the Brazilian state of São Paulo, killing all 57 passengers and four crew on board.  :(

Saw the footage. Tragic. Lots of different reports/thoughts on cause. One is that the plane suffered ice build up on the wings. Pilots apparently requested a lower altitude, as per procedures, but it was deined by ATC.
