Brazil ATR 72-212A (ATR 72-500) Crash

An ATR-72 aircraft operated by Voepass Linhas Aéreas,has crashed in the Brazilian state of São Paulo, killing all 57 passengers and four crew on board.

Saw the footage. Tragic. Lots of different reports/thoughts on cause. One is that the plane suffered ice build up on the wings. Pilots apparently requested a lower altitude, as per procedures, but it was deined by ATC.
