I think the tyres need a few pounds more pressure in them ;D-

holy moley that is close-I`ve seen that clip before but it`s always impressive-

check out the St.Julian Dutch Antilles airport and some of the low approaches taken there-the runway is basically the length of the island with a big mountain at one end and a beach/hotels at the other--I`m sure most on here know about it but if not google it or look at airliners.net etc.

I would love to live in the house for a while, although having said that, I'm greatful I don't live in a similar place.

Why?...

Because I would never get any sleep as I'd be running to the window each time to see what aircraft it was landing. Also, I'd end up taking the larger aircraft for granted. Currently, a trip to Manchester or Heathrow leaves me with my mouth hanging open with all the range of aircraft and airlines. I don't want that to change for the forseeable future, so any trips to larger airports I do make, I can retain the excitement :)

I know what you mean. I only have to hear what could be an aircraft engine and I'm craning my neck. Wouldn't be the first time I've mistaken an oil boiler burning for an aircraft lol
