Blimmin' awkward time to be holding it though.  A weekday from 10:00 to 16:00

I have been to the last few 'open' days there, and it's always busy in the morning, as if you dont get signed in & leave camera for sensor clean early you will have a long wait to get it back. the first one I went to I left camera in at about 12noon & was told it would not be ready until around 4:30/5:00 ish.  Last time I was there for it opening (actually opened before 10) and still took over an hour before I could collect camera (they did a good job of the clean I have to say as I was shooting regularly for bike magazines and a lot of motocross/supermoto so plenty of dust on my sensor).
