Night shoot at Baldonnel

The guy's in the Air Corps organised a night shoot for a small group of people last nite and a luckly I was among the chosen few, along with Merlin and Casper.

Nice photos Guys, thanks for sharing.

The Magister reminded me about the fiasco in the early 1960's when the Irish Government invested nearly £1.5 million in a project
to build the Potez 840 business turboprop aircraft at Baldonnel. The factory was built but never produced one aircraft. It was later used
to manufacture the Potez oil burning garage heater.

Very nice Declan, like the strobe on the 109. Thanks for sharing. Was it raining or did someone use a power hose ? ::)

The fire crew hosed down the aircraft just before we arrived.
