Uploading to Flickr issues

I've started using Flickr to upload my photos to, as I never realized until recently FB really kills the quality and size of them. However, it seems if I am to upload an album from a folder on my computer, there is usually quite a few files don't get uploaded.

Biggest example was uploading Portrush 2015 photos. I had 120 photos on the desktop selected. However, only uploaded around 90 of them and didn't give any errors at the end of the upload.

Anyone else came across this issue when uploading batches?
