Aldergrove Approach Frequency

I thought it was very quiet on 128.5 .....
It seems they are using 133.125 instead at the moment ...
Not sure whether this is due to service of the main transmitter or something else?

As per the NOTAMS this appears to be a permanent change of frequency.

Oh poppycock!!
My reception of the ATC side of 128.5 was always touch and go most days , and depended on conditions.
133.125 is rubbish from my location , and seems to have a LOT of interference, and I certainly can't hear the ATC side of things

South belfast near forestside
could be some local pagers or something as they cause a lot of RF damage

Yes, same in Belfast, East. Gone from ground station being weak, to ground station not being there at all.

I used to be able to even pick up 118.3 tower frequency, but that was a long while ago...

I need to re-program my Uniden 3500 - gonna be fun as haven't touched the saved freqs in so long ;D
