Scanner Frequencies
« on: March 25, 2022, 04:42:42 PM »
Hi there, I have just recently purchased Uniden EZI33XLT+ Radio scanner and I was wondering if anyone has a list of the most up to date frequencies to pick stuff on, I am currently based in Larne.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, there are a few members on here that could advise you what freq to listen to.
There have been changes to some of the local airports radio frequencies fairly recently, but I can`t recall what they are now. oops

Eglinton Frequencies -
Approach 123.625
Tower 134.150
ATIS 119.380

Aldergrove Frequencies -
Approach - 133.125
Director -120.905
Tower - 118.3
ATIS - 126.130

Belfast City Frequencies -
Approach - 130.850
Radar - 134.800
Tower - 122.830
ATIS -124.580

You could also try the Scottish Centre frequencies -

West Coast Sector 127.275
BEL/Antrim Sector 123.775

Hope this helps, though I’m not sure what you’ll be able to pick up in Larne. A day trip to an airport could be whats needed. Enjoy your scanning.

For what purpose? Are you looking for something to mount on the outside of your house? On a vehicle? A better rubber duckie to use portable? Dedicated to airband? Or do you want to listen to other stuff too?

There are some airband options here, but I don't have any personal experience with any of them.... https://www.nevadaradio.co.uk/category/airband/
