Off the taxiway incident at EGAA 80s/90s

Can any of you help restore my failing memory with the details of  this one.  Foreign (S. American?) Mil Transport that went off the taxiway and got bogged in, sometime late Eighties or Nineties by my recollection.

Yes. Aeronaves Del Peru 707 or DC8 comes to mind but not 100% sure.
