Noticed this on the BBC News website, the article is rather alarming, but also the terminology and images used are rather amusing, and shows yet again the BBC do not have a knowledgeable defence correspondent.  :D

First off, that photo is of the Russian Knights display team, and a " RC-135 Rivet Joint - a civilian-style aircraft. " Well, it is based on a Boeing 707 airframe, but all the aerials and pointy bits fitted,
should make it obvious that it`s not an easyJet Airbus, or a Ryanair 737.  ;D
