Joint Force Harrier - Book
« on: October 03, 2010, 11:07:38 AM »
Just finished reading this book
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Joint-Force-Harrier-Adrian-Orchard/dp/0718153995

It gives an insight in to the operations being conducted by the Harrier force in Afghanistan. Most of it is serious stuff but there are some lighter moments like when someone tried to have a tent awning removed because it was a health and safety issue. Or the traffic cop who tried to stop two pilots speding to a scramble.

All in all a very good read.
