What got you started?

Just wondering what got you interested in aviation?



My interest started when I was around 9 or 10. My dad brought me home two model aircraft kits - a Me-262 and a Sopwith Camel and I was hooked :)

Probably the airshows my dad took me too as a kid.



Although it could be the flight I went on as a 1 year old. :D

For me it Sunday afternoon drives, my Dad would take me to watch the planes at Cranfield, eventually i went to my first airshow at Cranfield when i was 12 in 1987, then in 1992 i discovered Old Warden and that was it i was hooked. :roll:  :roll:  :roll:
