Boeing 747-8I rollout
« on: February 13, 2011, 10:00:06 PM »
Today Boeing rolled out the last derivative of the famous and iconic passenger 747 aircraft... The 747-8I. Nice new version of the dreamliner livery aswell.  :)

There have been a few 747-8F's flying about however this is one of the first passenger varients. Only two airlines have ordered them Lufthansa has 20 or order and Thai International Airlines has 5.

I expect the Lufthansa ones will be our best chance of seeing them.

Still haven`t flown on a 747-it`s one of only 2 Boeing airliners I haven`t flown on,the other is the 717 which seem fairly rare in Europe.
