RIAT 2012 Photos

Went with Casper and Hammerhead to RIAT 2012 and had a really great,but very very tiring time.

1st person we saw as we crossed the gate was Paultojo,and we saw him later and had a chat.

Casper and Hammerhead had been before,but 1st time for me-amazed at the variety of aircraft that attended.

A few attached from Thursday arrivals day.More will follow over next few days.

Heard it was a light aircraft but didn't realise it was the Bronco. I believe the pilot was okay, thankfully.

That`s a real shame about the Bronco.

BBC News report on the Bronco crash doesn`t sound good as pilot has serious burns

Is it an expensive trip? I might try and get to Leuchars this year for the last show up there. Not a great line up so far though.

Nice! Jealous aready and I havn't even seen the bulk of the photographs. Did the heavies (VC-10, tristar, A330, etc) do a joint flypast?

I got a bit carried away with the BBMF and the Vulcan,but no machine gun mode was used.
