Air India crash,new footage from airport security cameras

Another video of the Air India Boeing 787 crash has been released.

Again quality isn't great,but it does look as if the flaps have not been extended.
Also there seems to be a large plum of dust as the aircraft gets airborne,on left side, I'm not sure if it's a small dust storm or something else.
