Possibly in private, but Airlink came out with a pretty strong statement defending the flypast and claiming it was bang on the planned display.

Attracted a lot of attention online this weekend, but according to the aircraft operator it was cleared by the authorities to be this low.

SA does have a habit of very low flypasts if you remember the 1995 rugby world cup final 747 flypast.

There has been a lightning strike on ATC control systems at Luton, during a period of severe weather,moving NW across the country.

It seems the aircraft has a bit of a problem if brakes are applied too firmly, it will nose over.

Saw the video of it. apparently an aborted a landing, then did a go around and bounced alot on landing. Glad to hear the pilot is released from hospital.

A pilot has been seriously injured during an air show at an historic former First World War airfield.
The show featured a display from the Turbulent Team, with pilots chasing balloons and dropping flour bombs from the single-seat light aircraft.
During the display, one of the Turbulent Team's light aircraft became damaged, resulting in the pilot being injured, and the show was stopped.

Just noticed ZM420 who flew the team out landing at Waddington now. Also noticed ZP801 and G-ZABH around Greenland/Iceland today and yesterday.

Due back in the UK tonight in Lossiemouth before heading down to Coningsby tomorrow.

On the move over the North of Scotland having left Iceland earlier after a refuelling stop.
