Exciting stuff, all on the day I got a second class first in university for aerospace engineering ;D

Congrats Dave, very impressive, obviously you have your head screwed on your shoulders.
We'll  be watching you carefully for future perks  ;)
I haven't been taking many pics lately, as I'm in the middle of getting an attic conversion,
my new HQ  :)
While in Dublin airport yesterday, I took a few shots of aircraft passing over Bagso heading west.
As there is a good distance involved I will post a few later as a quizz, no prices  ;D

Have a go at guessing the Airlines :

PS - just had a look at the preview, I didn't realise I cropped them so tight,
so they might be easy to some  ;)

Thanks Squad :D How's the attic conversion going? Are you doing it yourself or have you got contractors in building it?

As for the photos;

1) Olypmic A340-300

2) Looks like an A330-300 meaning it would be Air Berlin (LTU)  ;D

3) Mexicana 767 and a good catch too!

Well done Dave, go straight to the top of the class  :)
But sorry I have to give you 99.4% as you didn't give anyone else a chance  ;)
I will make them harder next time, maybe just the contrail  :D

The attic is taking shape with a lovely Velux 3 in one window, to give panoramic views,
so I won't be caught out by USAF  ;)
It is of course being done by professionals, as I'm scared to get on the roof  ::)

Too easy squad  ;D

I ask about the attic conversion because I myself completed one. We had professionals install the Velux window and attic stairs/ladder, however I did the rest of the work. I added a nice wooden tongue and groove ceiling and plasterboard walls. I had great fun building it but theres still one or two things that need fixing such as the addition of a window sill and proper doors added to get to the small storage areas :D

In between landings at MAN on the second day, there were shed loads of contrails with a tonne of interesting aircraft. Also saw this interesting bird not quite at high altitude 8)

Contrails are good fun to shoot and sometimes you get unexpected results-took this late May as the Sun went down-I rather like the result. 8)

I think it maybe water vapour from the clouds that were building up then causing the extra contrails.

managed to get this yesterday but no contrail as i think it was climbing.
i think it is a BA aircraft.
The pic's are heavily cropped as it was miles away if the sun wasn't out i wouldn't have seen it.

UPS MD-11 recently

Gorgeous shot!

i think it is a BA aircraft.

As suggested above, either a 767, or more likely to be a 777.
